The Gambling Commission asked us to make a film to engage and resonate with a target audience of professionals who might be interested in a career with the organisation, including individuals who may never have considered the Gambling Commission previously.
This film needed to showcase life at the Gambling Commission in an authentic way, highlighting the many benefits on offer, such as a friendly, inclusive, people-focused environment; committed, passionate colleagues; good work/life balance; and modern, centrally located offices. The aim of the film was to aid the organisation’s recruitment, attracting energetic and enthusiastic people, keen to learn and make a difference.
The Key to Success
We worked closely with the recruitment team at the Gambling Commission to uncover the people and stories that would really resonate with the target audience. Playful, cheerful graphics were then used to match the upbeat tone of employee interviews and highlight key messages.
The film forms part of the Gambling Commission’s recruitment website and a shorter version was teased across social media.
