THE GAMBLING COMMISSION
We were asked to make a film to engage and resonate with a target audience of professionals who may be interested in, or might not have considered, a career at the Gambling Commission. The film was required to showcase life at the Gambling Commission through genuineness and authenticity, highlighting the benefits of life at the Gambling Commission, such as a good work/life balance, and the positive work outcomes and moral grounding deeply rooted in life at the Gambling Commission. The Gambling Commission wanted to attract people who have energy and enthusiasm, people who buy into what they do and want to learn. Key to the success of the film would be working closely with the recruitment team at the GC to finalise a script and hone in on the stories that would really engage with the target audience.
Our film was used successfully on the Gambling Commission’s recruitment website to entice a new audience of potential recruits to apply. A shorter cut down version was used as a hook to draw in potential recruits on Social Media, to direct them to the recruitment website where they could watch the long version of the film. We produced a film that the Gambling Commission were overjoyed with and was used successfully.
“My experience of working with HTF was very positive – right from the beginning everyone understood what we were looking for and the filming was very smooth indeed. It does exactly what I needed it to – it shows that the Gambling Commission is a great place to work and that everyone who works with us isn’t dull but is actually interesting, fun and normal”
